Design features
SGB pump DT Series desulfurization pumps supporting mechanical seal.Mechanical seal for the double seals component, supporting desulfurization pumps are assembled together, just to reach the normal operating position. Double-end structure, the need for an external high voltage (more than moving a sealing medium pressure) rinse water, wash water sealing medium and media together for the end-rings provide lubrication and seal flushing effect, atmospheric side seal ring alone against flushing water lubrication and cooling. Two sealing rings share a small spring, a small set of springs from the spring seat through-holes and fixed position, the spring moves back and forth along the axial direction of the process in the through hole, the elastic force will not be affected, to provide a stable two ring seal long-term compensation force. The advantage of this structure are: the normal functioning of the mechanical seal in the installation error of ± 5mm.
