Design features
FUH ,FDU series mechanical seals is different from the traditional mechanical seal structure with sealing ring . This series of mechanical seals sealing performance depends mainly on oil seal 2-4 series.FRP structural has high strength corrosion resistance.The entire mechanical seal sleeve is the easiest part of the loss , common made of stainless steel materials processing, and the friction between the oil seal wear faster, life is short. We also used a corrosion resistant stainless steel processing, the latter after quenching and tempering process,it is been greatly improved in sleeve surface hardness, greatly reducing the wear rate of the sleeve, which also improves the mechanical seal life .
