Design features
Single cartridge mechanical seal for Shandong Shuanglun SLZC pumps application.Cartridge single face structure, the instation is only the upper envelope machine shaft with screw connection , assembled the pump impeller and chamber lid without the need of manual adjustments mechanical seal position,the installation and replacement is very convenient. During use, it must be connected to external water rinse cycle, otherwise there is the risk of being damaged. Single spring placed flush cycle space,providing outside the loop flushing water, it can effectively prevent corrosion and clogging of the spring and take away the heat generated by friction and sealing ring skeleton oil seal, lubricate simultaneously enhance the mechanical seal pot life.
