Design features
Single cartridge mechanical seal for Shijiazhuang Kingda Pump SLZC pumps application. Cartridge single face structure,the installation doesn't need to artificially adjust the position of the mechanical seal,it can easy install seal machine after removing the stopper .During use, it must be connected to external water rinse cycle, otherwise there is the risk of being damaged. Mechanical seal is designed to cover the biaxial structure,it does not directly drive the screw adapter on the shaft, to prevent the risk of the shaft with a screw scratch. Meanwhile, the presence of the inner sleeve can also prevent the formation of a variety of media to the shaft corrosion ,it has advantage with long service life .
By limiting the pump space, compensating force provided by the compensating ringof circumferentially equispaced small spring.The force of the compensation spring is formed of small equispaced that is more uniform and stable than the large springs, it is even better effect in the seal face to prevent local wear.
