Design features
Double component mechanical seals for Xiangyang Wu Er Wu Pump IHE series pump application. Double face structure, it need to an external high voltage (more than moving a sealing medium pressure) rinse water, wash water sealing medium and media together for the end-rings provide lubrication and seal flushing effect, atmospheric side seal ring alone against flushing water lubrication and cooling. Two sealing rings share a small spring, a small set of springs from the spring seat through-holes and fixed position, the spring moves back and forth along the axial direction of the process in the through hole, the elastic force will not be affected, to provide a stable two ring seal long-term compensation force. The advantage of this structure is the normal functioning of the mechanical seal in the installation error of ± 5mm.
