Design features
Single component mechanical seals for Z S plastic pump FUH series engineering plastics low pump,pottery composite pump application. Mechanical seal is main base material made by FRP materials processing.FRP is a mixture of pressed wood chips with high hardness and strong corrosion resistance, thereby making DYC3 series of mechanical seal can adapt to the highly corrosive media.The metal structures were processed 304 or 316L stainless steel according to the actual working conditions in line with the strong corrosion resistance of FRP. Primary sealing surface is usually made by the whole process of silicon carbide, it can also be more customer specific requirements for targeted material selection and processing.
