2. Remove the power end pulley (replacing the power end of mechanical seal without this step).
3. Respectively. with the power and the power of the mechanical seal removed on the shaft. pay attention to light split light;This step is especially important. to avoid the damage the mechanical seals on intact.(note: if it is a separate maintenance at the ends of the bearing. this step is also a must).
4. To be removed to replace the mechanical seal end bearing gland. remove bearing locking cap back;
5. With the top wire bearing seat ejection removed along with the bearing.(the need to use the gourd from the disassembling hang on axis. convenient bearing ejection);
6. The old mechanical seal down from the axis;
7. The new mechanical seal after check intact carefully set on the shaft;
8. Check the bearing cleaning. check whether the bearing clearance is appropriate;
9. The bearings. bearing seat back to the shaft. and bearings with grease. tighten the inner ring lock back cap. fitted with bearing gland (this step is also need to hoist crane axle);
10. ShiPan see if easy. pay special attention to the turning process don't damage the mechanical seal;
11. Respectively at both ends of the mechanical seal from the shaft to seal box it last time;
12. Back to install belt pulley (when maintenance the power end without this step).
13. Back to the condensate pipe. try turning after pass into the condensed water leakage;
14. Maintenance and work out a clear.
